SMNG offers an outstanding selection of products and services to our residential, commercial and industrial customers. All the rebate and subsidy programs featured below have been approved by the Missouri Public Service Commission.

Residential Customers

Around-the-clock customer service
If the pilot light in your furnace ever goes out, if your home loses heat or if you smell gas, simply call SMNG at 1-800-909-7642. We will send out a technician immediately —24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

Furnace safety check program
Every SMNG customer can get a complete pre-season furnace checkup for just $20. Call 1-800-909-7642 to schedule an appointment, and we will send out a technician to test your furnace for any leaks and to check that your pilot light is on.

Residential gas water heater rebate program
As an SMNG customer, if you replace your electric or propane water heater and buy a new Natural Gas water heater from us, we will sell it to you at cost and give you a $100 rebate (to be applied to your bill) with 12-month, no-interest financing.

Conversion subsidies
If you wish to convert your home from propane or electricty to natural gas, SMNG will run a gas line to your house, set a meter, and convert up to three (3) appliances at no charge to you. Plus, if you buy a new gas water heater from SMNG, we will sell it to you at cost, give you a $100 rebate (to be applied to your bill) and install it for free.

Free pipeline locating service
If you or another utility company is planning to do any digging around your home, call "Missouri One Call" at 1-800-344-7483 OR 1-800-DIG-RITE. We will send out a technician to locate the gas pipeline at no charge to you.

Commercial Customers

Commercial gas water heater rebate program
If you own an appliance store, SMNG will sell you one of our gas water heaters at cost and give you a $100 cash rebate. You can pass this savings on to your customer or whatever you prefer. SMNG will then deliver and install the gas water heater at no cost to you.

Sears brand gas water heater rebate program
If you are a Sears store in southern Missouri, SMNG will give you a $100 cash rebate for every Sears private brand natural gas water heater you sell, and deliver and install the unit to your customer at no cost to you.

Industrial Customers

Industrial gas water heater rebate program
If you are a home contractor (small or large) SMNG will sell you a Natural Gas water heater at cost and give you a $150 cash rebate. Plus, we will install the unit for free.

Large development setup program
If you are the contractor on a large development (50 - 1,000 homes or more) and guarantee to use natural gas in every unit, SMNG will not only give you the industrial gas water heater rebate and free installation mentioned above, we will plumb all the gas appliances in every one of your homes at no charge. Plus, we will return to hook up and safety-check all gas appliances after your home buyer has moved in, also at no charge.
